General terms and conditions

For all deliveries of Luzid-Studio UG. (hereinafter Lucid Studio.com) to consumers, these terms and conditions (GTC) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
- Contracting party
The sales contract is concluded with Luzid-Studio UG, owner: Pooya Zandieh, Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6 - 60313 Frankfurt am Main, Commercial Register: Local Court Frankfurt Am Main, HRB 124332.
- Conclusion of contract
o The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
o By clicking the button [Buy/order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.
- Right of withdrawal
o If you are a consumer (ie a natural person who places the order for a purpose that can neither be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
o If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation pursuant to Section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
o In all other respects, the regulations apply to the right of revocation, which is reproduced in detail in the following
Cancellation Policy¹
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Luzid-Studio UG, Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6 - 60313 Frankfurt am Main and, info@luzidstudio.com ] by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website ( www.luzidstudio.com ) electronically. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (eg by e-mail).
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for the item price (Inc. VAT), excluding the initial shipping cost we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
Please Note You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that are not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

- Prices and shipping costs
o The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.
o In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 3.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany.
