Order Purchase; Pricing
When you purchase an item of furniture or a Decorative, we will endeavor to process the order within 24 hours, and afterward package and ship your purchase within 1-2 weeks for furniture orders, and within 1 week for decorative items. The detailed delivery time for each product can be found on the product page. You are responsible for reading the full Product listing of the piece or item before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your purchase.
You agree that VAT, customs duties, and similar charges collected at the time of purchase are estimated values and may be subject to change depending on local laws. If additional amounts are assessed, you are responsible for them.
2. Shipping and Procedures
The shipping costs of an ordered product are dependent on the size and weight of the ordered items and also the zone that we need to deliver the purchased item. The size and weight are always displayed on the item detail page for the configured item. We have explained precisely how we operate regarding delivery services and charges as follows:
Domestic: Germany
Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus (Southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Zone 2: Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Zone 3: Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, San Mario
Zone 4: Canada
Zone 5: United States of America
Zone 6: All other countries that are not in the list above
For Domestic orders (Germany); We accept and offer free shipment for orders above 100 Euro value. For orders below 100 Euro in value, an additional shipping cost based on the weight will be applied.
For 1 - 3 Zones orders: We accept the majority of orders placed from the above-mentioned countries however, some additional costs or exceptions based on the volume weight of the products will be applied. The additional costs will be displayed on the checkout page, once you continue with your shopping cart.
We offer free shipment for orders above 200 Euro value.
For 4-5 Zones orders: We accept the majority of orders placed from the above-mentioned countries however, some additional costs or exceptions based on the volume weight of the products will be applied. The additional costs will be displayed on the checkout page, once you continue with your shopping cart.
Zone 6 Orders: Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to deliver products for those countries that fall within this zone and we apologize for any inconvenience in advance. Meanwhile, we are working to expand our delivery services to other countries.
Note: There are a few products that at the moment only can be delivered inside Germany. If it will be the case, it will be written on that specific product page.
3. Shipping your item back to us
To return your product, please send an email to info@luzidstudio.com or contact us via the “Contact us” page on our website and state the reason you wish to return your item. Our Customer Service agent will reply and instruct you within 24 hours of receiving your email on how to ship your item back to us.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, once you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more details on this issue, please check the “Return & Refund” section.
If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient does not collect the package from the designated post station, the package will be returned to Luzid Studio inventory. Consequently, Luzid Studio retains the right to withhold the shipping cost associated with the item (given that this expense has already been incurred) and subsequently refund the remaining amount to the buyer.
Delivery:
The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against any damages in transit. The goods are insured against shipping damage. Therefore, please check the shipping carton for any damage before opening it and take pictures of any damage to the packaging. In the unlikely event that, in addition to the packaging, the product is also damaged, this must be communicated to the logistics company on site. Overview
At Luzid Studio U.G., we are incredibly passionate about what we do and have unwavering beliefs about the power of intention. We want to make your return or Refund as easy as possible. Refund Requests must be mailed to us within 14 days after the delivery of the product. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Luzid Studio will not offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
As a Customer of the Luzid Studio U.G Website, you agree to only apply for a refund only in the following circumstances:

If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed;

You received a defective or damaged item;

The item delivered does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.).

The item delivered is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the item;
Luzid Studio U.G will review your Return Request on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine if your return is successful.
3. Conditions for Returned Item:
Customers who wish to request a refund must contact the Luzid Studio up to 2 weeks or 14 days after delivery by emailing us at ”info@luzidstudio.com”. Below are the conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit

If you receive a damaged item ensure to mail the damaged item with image/video proof to info@luzidstudio.com 2 weeks, 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products must be returned in their original condition with all boxes, packaging, and documentation.

Customers are fully responsible for paying shipment costs for returns.

Refund or return requests must be mailed to Luzid Studio U.G within 14 days after product delivery.
If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Please tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund, exchange or issue a voucher to you.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request. 4. Conditions for Exchange or Voucher Issuance
If your item does not meet the criteria below please send us a message. Tell us which of the conditions have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our exchange criteria, we reserve the option to not do an exchange. However, if your item meets our exchange criteria above, we will be glad to initiate an exchange or voucher issuance to you depending on our exchange policy.

By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging, and all manuals, packaging, and accessories are included.

Item is mailed or shipped back to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please be aware that, we will only initiate an exchange for a similar product with the same price after the deduction of shipping charges. You will receive the exchange within a certain amount of days, depending on our exchange policies. You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your exchange and any potential adjustments.
5. Return & Refunds Defective products (if applicable)
Please contact us at info@luzidstudio.com and provide photos/videos showing the defective portion for the return of faulty products. Please Make Sure You Ship The Product To Us in 2 weeks, 14 days After Delivery for inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within five working days, and a credit will automatically be initiated to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
